So long and thanks for all the fish..

On the 17th of December 2009 we graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with the following degrees:

Joshua Hill - Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Business (Marketing)

Paul Judge - Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Business (Marketing)

Andrew Riedel - Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Business (Accounting)

We would like to extend our thanks to our fellow students, all the academic staff at QUT, and most importantly, to everyone of you who used our notes. It gave us immense pleasure to imagine the nearly 60,000 copies that have been made helping others through the trials and tribulations of a law degree.

Finally we sincerely hope that new and continuing students carry on this note sharing legacy as we have from previous students, and to this end if anyone wishes to have their own notes website linked here please leave a comment and I will add it to the site.

All the best!

Hill, Judge & Riedel

Update 2008

We are extremely disappointed to read comments from academic staff suggesting that a number of students blindly relied on the Contracts B (Semester 2, 2006) notes in the 2008 exam without updating them. Every set of notes has been placed on this site to help out future students in creating their own set of exam notes.

NOT AS A REPLACEMENT!

As the Contracts B (Semester 2, 2008) Feedback states:
"... anyone who relies on such notes instead of their own studies, the official materials provided by the Law School, and advice from the Law School teaching staff does so at his or her own risk."

We completely agree.

HILL, JUDGE & RIEDEL NOTES

This set of notes has been placed on here to help out future QUT law students as previous students have helped us. In particular I would like to thank Andrew VELLA, Susan HEDGE, Anna LE, and Michael RAINE; without your valuable work this set would not have the strong starting point it does; some weeks and sets here are merely an update.

These notes have been created by myself Joshua HILL, Paul JUDGE and Andrew RIEDEL; (with assistance from other students on occasion). Acknowledgement over each set has been attributed wherever possible.

Finally despite the great results that have been achieved with these notes; the way to get good results, is by UPDATING these notes and PRACTICING with them on as many past exams as possible!
