These notes have been created by myself Joshua HILL, Paul JUDGE and Andrew RIEDEL; (with assistance from other students on occasion). Acknowledgement over each set has been attributed wherever possible.
Finally despite the great results that have been achieved with these notes; the way to get good results, is by UPDATING these notes and PRACTICING with them on as many past exams as possible!

Hey these notes are great. I was wondering where I could find torts A, or legal foundations A? Thanks
Be careful with the tax law. Rates etc change every year so be sure to update.
I Love YOU!!!!!
Gday guys. I've been using these notes as a basis for setting out my own notes! Though some of the stuff is outdated, they've been really helpful in helping me set out my responses and I think they are perfectly reasonable to use as long as care is taken!
Hey, for your Torts B (LWB139) notes, in Private Nuisance - i think there is an error under
"does plaintiff have title to sue"
I think your note on licensee is wrong,
Kharasandjian v Bush came before Hunter v Canary = it couldn't have overturned its decision, rather it went against the decision of Malone v Laskey, and was overturned by Hunter v Canary..i think?
Thank you for your notes they are extremely helpful, not complaining! just informing! :D
